The floor sits in Prime Tower on the Business Bay waterfront, a 10-minute walk from Burj Khalifa and The Dubai Mall. From the reception you look out over the Burj, which is where your guests wait before the meeting starts.
That address matters when you are meeting investors, signing with a client or interviewing a senior hire. You get a boardroom in Business Bay for the afternoon, without leasing one for the year. For lunch afterwards, the Address Boulevard and the Armani Hotel are a 10-minute walk.
Send your guests the address: 20th Floor, Prime Tower, Business Bay, Dubai. The Prime Tower location page has the map and directions.
Prime Tower has basement parking for visitors. Guests park in the building's paid parking. Sheikh Zayed Road is about 2 minutes' drive away.
Business Bay Metro Station is about a 4-minute walk from the tower. The Dubai Canal is 3 minutes on foot.
About 20 minutes' drive from Dubai International Airport and 8 from DIFC, off-peak.
Guests come up to the 20th floor, where the receptionist welcomes them by name and shows them to the room.
No membership required. Many bookings come from people who work elsewhere. If you need a desk for the rest of the day, add a coworking day pass for AED 80.
Client meetings and pitches in a Business Bay boardroom, with a receptionist at the door.
Strategy sessions, workshops and quarterly reviews, with the screen and coffee ready.
A neutral, private room for sensitive client discussions.
Day-pass and desk members book a room when a call needs a closed door.
