Refundable deposit
10% of the annual fee or one month's fee, whichever is higher. It comes back at the end of your term, subject to the condition of the suite.

Dedicated in-tower parking at Prime Tower is available separately at AED 4,800 a year.
Extra meeting-room time
Beyond your two daily hours, rooms are AED 200 an hour, or AED 270 for the conference room and Majilis.

Ejari, trade licence and visas.

Every private office comes with a tenancy contract and an Ejari certificate. Ejari is the tenancy register of the Dubai Land Department, and the Department of Economy and Tourism (DET, formerly DED) asks for it to issue or renew a mainland trade licence. Our Ejari works for mainland (DET) and free zone companies.

Every suite is registered on the Ejari at a standard 10 sqm. That generally qualifies for around 4–5 employment visas, subject to approval by the authorities. Our company formation and PRO team checks your case and handles the files.

Only need the address for now? A virtual office with Ejari covers the licence without the desk.

Serviced office or a conventional lease?

The same four-person team, the same twelve months, priced both ways. A conventional 500 sq ft unit is about the smallest office you can lease on your own in Business Bay.

Can I move in on the same day?

In most cases, yes. Subject to availability, we can have your office ready with signage and access on the same day you sign your agreement.

How long are the contracts?

Most members take a 12-month term, which carries the best rate. Shorter 3 and 6-month terms and monthly arrangements are also available. There is no long-term lock-in, and you can resize at any renewal.

Can I use this address for my DET trade licence?

Yes. Private office tenants receive an official tenancy contract and Ejari certificate, which the Department of Economy and Tourism accepts for mainland trade licence issuance and renewal. Our Ejari works for mainland (DET) and free zone companies.

What is included in the price?

Furniture, fibre internet, reception, mail handling, air conditioning, utilities, daily cleaning and Ejari. Prices exclude 5% VAT; a refundable deposit applies and parking is separate.
